social impact

Every year, Dermalogica’s social impact programs have supported future industry professionals through scholarships, mentorships, and skills training.

our purpose

We know that when a person has a skillset they carry in their hands, they have the opportunity to own their future. Dermalogica founder Jane Wurwand learned this as a child when her mum was suddenly widowed and financially responsible for her household. And we see this today through the thousands of skin therapists we train every year. That’s why, as part of our commitment to empowering skin therapists to unleash their potential, we support professional grade skillset training in underserved communities worldwide.

some of our partners

beauty changes lives

Beauty Changes Lives supports the entire career path of the beauty professional through scholarships, mentorships, and advanced education. Through the organization, Dermalogica offers scholarships and professional development mentorship to students in the United States who may otherwise not have an opportunity to attend an esthetics program.

cruelty-free + certified vegan

Invest in Her Potential is a non-profit offering full skin therapist certification scholarships for women from underserved provinces in Vietnam.

justice & soul

Justice and Soul empowers trafficked and at-risk young women and men to become confident and self-sufficient individuals through professional training in cosmetology. Our annual contributions support organizational operations, training and development, and stipends for students in the program.
